Do I need to make an appointment?
An appointment is strongly recommended. If you are in the area, you may want to give a quick call to see if we have an opening.
How much do your dresses cost?
Our dresses range from $1700 - $7000. The majority of our wedding dresses are priced from $1700-$3000. If any alterations are needed, they are all included.
Do you have sample dresses in your showroom that I can try on to get inspired?
Yes, we have well over 100 gowns available to try on. These are in a mixture of sizes from 4 to 20. We aim to have something for everyone!
What should I bring with me for my consultation?
A strapless bra or bustier can be helpful for certain dress styles, but is not necessary. Our dresses are fully boned and most of our brides do not wear a bra with their dress. We have an assortment of shoes and other accessories available for you as well.
Can I bring guests with me to my appointment?
Yes, you can bring up to three people who can sit comfortably in our “living room” area adjacent to your changing room. If booking on a weekend or during a special event, up to two guests are allowed. Keep in mind that the more smaller your group, the easier it will be for you to focus on finding the right dress. Otherwise it is easy to be swayed by other people's taste and opinions. We feel that the bride needs to get in touch with what she truly wants and feel when she has found the right dress.
How far in advance should I make my appointment?
We recommend that you make your appointment from 6-12 months in advance of your wedding.
Do you rent your wedding dresses?
No, we do not rent dresses since all our gowns are custom made or made to order. We can help alleviate budget concerns by shopping our selection of sample dresses from the past season that are on sale.
I am in a rush. Can a buy a sample dress from you?
Yes, we have a selection of sample dresses that have been tried on and are discontinued. We sell these dresses at large discounts. See our Sample Sale section for more information.
Will my wedding dress need alterations?
Your gown will most likely need some adjustments. If adjustments are required, this is included in the price of your dress.
I would like a custom design. How many fittings will I need?
You may need to come as little as three times: once for the initial consultation, once for your first fitting, and once when your dress is completed. This is true for the designs from one of our collections as well.
